Default Coating inside fuel tank is peeling off

Working on a 01 FLHRCI that has some old fuel in it and the coating inside the tank is peeling and making a sludge in the bottom. I will be replacing all components due to condensation and just bad gas clogging all the check valves and fuel filter up along with the pump. I was going to use Kerosene to clean out the tank anybody have any other suggestions. Some of the coating is still good inside.

Take it to a radiator shop and have it dipped. That should do it.

Default Paint

I like your idea for tanks and radiators but that would ruin the factory paint job.

Bad advise, I thought again! I need to quit assuming so much. I thought you were re painting.
