I just use the earphones with my iPhone and play some tunes as I roll. Well that's the plan but haven't yet as I still like listening to the motor and the air rushing past. But probably will one day

Ray...I recommend getting a J&M set...about the same cost and the speakers/sound are a lot better than a Harley set..you can get the 7-pin lower cord for the HD system

I will order the proper connector wire from J&M tomorrow..I have two headsets here somewhere from the J&M system I had on the Road King.

Don't order from J&M directly, go to some of the distributers on their list. Many of them discount the prices. I have bought alot of J&M stuff through a place in Ohio for I think 20% off.

Let us know how it works.... OJ and I aren't real happy with the HD headsets for the 08 and 09! Picks up a lot of outside noise and the sound isn't all that great. Even with the VOX way down.... still picks up truck tires, HD exhaust...etc.

Hey Panhead....no way would those units work under my 3/4..my half helmet, yes. I think they would work great cause the ear pieces are flush against the skin/ear.....i'm waiting to hear from Ray to see how he likes the J&M
