My new toy
Well I did what I'd been contemplating for a while and traded for a V-rod... I'm glad I did as it rides exactly how I wanted it to although I'm really going to have to watch out for the speed traps as it feels deceptively slow 
Once the bank book is feeling a little healthier the mods will begin but for now this is what I got...
And yes sk8 I do realize it has chrome a plenty so go ahead and flame me lol

Thanks guys, I realize they aren't for everyone but I've been jonesing for my Hypermotard ever since I traded it (even though I was going to die if I kept it ) so now I have a Harley that has some kick ass performance but doesn't have issues keeping the front wheel on the blacktop 
Plus as an added bonus, her indoors absolutely loves it

You haters can stick it where the sun don't shine !  I like the v-rod that much I just went and traded for a new nightrod special
I had planned to go to the dealership for the free breakfast deal and pick up a turn signal relocation kit... ended up getting a smoking deal; cost a tad over what a 240 kit, slipper clutch & 5 gallon tank would have run installed

Yeah, I'm the same way. Planned on doing the rear of the bike this year, front next year. Then I found a deal on the matching front wheel, and I just cant see myself not installing it, which meens wheel, tire, fender, brake caliper, rotor, paint .

My neuropathy made the Bob real uncomfortable after 30 mins so far the V-rod hasn't caused me an issue
