Not understanding why the biker's decided to drag race right in front of a cop in what looks to be a neighborhood or non-highway-type area. Nevertheless, I see absolutely no reason for this shooting. The guy literally turned slightly and the cop shot. The cop would have had a lot of time if the guy actually pulled a gun because the biker would have to rotate around to make the shot. This cop made a mistake, sure. He jumped out of his car gun drawn. He didn't stay behind the door or park at a safe distance like he should have.
