Default No electrical

Hi all , My first post here. Electra Glide Classic low 2015 with no electrical except the red dot on dash & some times will show enter code. Parked bike after a ride last month, went to start it back up no dash, no turn signals, horn etc. Replaced battery & still same issue. Couple months back bike wouldn't turn off. Oiled security ignition key lock up & all was good till now. Would like to get it going so I can ride it to HD shop.
Thanks for any info
