2010 Ultra Limited

I just installed a Garmin Zumo 660 on my Ultra Limited. Paired my Blackberry to the Zumo. I can hear callers through my helmet mounted HD Premium Headset, but they can't hear me. The microphone does not work.
Any thoughts?

Dang, wish I had that capability instead of this Heritage. Someday ... I'll get me a touring bike.

Cant help ya there Joe. I never have wanted to even talk to passengers when Im riding let alone someone on the phone.

Well, My second Harley was a 2008 Heritage Softail Classic Anniversary Edition. But, the Ultra works better for long trips. The navigation system was really intended for the trips, but the phone connection came in the package. I just like everything to work properly.

I think the VOX (Voice Activation) only works in intercom mode. You might have to use the PTT button, like with the CB, to get the mic to work with the phone.

That seems soo simple! Must be why I didn't think of it. I'll give it a try tonight. Thanks for the help!

Still no joy on the PTT. Works fine until I start the motor - then nothing on the callers end. As soon as I shut off motor - caller can hear. (And my Ultra has stock pipes) So, not saving too many lives.
