Black12 is infamous around these parts
Default Droppin' a sporty

How far can you lower the rear of a sporty before you should lower the front? I'd like to lower the rear of my 06 about 2", but would that create any handling issues if I don't lower the front as well?

I know 2" on a soft tail you can get away with without touching the front, don't know about the Sporty though. Of course anytime you lower things you will get a lil different handling, Pete should know, doing a Sporty should be the same as a Bob.

You should be able to get away with the 2 inches. But I would be leery of it if you have a passenger on the back.

Handling wise it's gonna be a little "understeery", is that a word?

Anyway, 2" is gonna look crap. Paul is right, kits on eBay actually go for as little as 70 bucks now. Drop the front an inch.
