Where to buy acc for HD's and a Good Mech ? Yes im New and LOST
You guys are probably tired of hearing this but im flippen lost. Ive been looking for a front "Driving light kit", Pass Floorboards, Saddle Bag mounts. Either im really stupid (dont answer that plz), or theres not that many sites to find parts for this bike. I see so many pictures of other Softail Springers with everything im looking for but cant find them. The dealer keeps selling me S**T that doesnt fit or wrong for my bike, so im over that end of it. ANY LEADS to a great on-line source would be appreciated.
2nd, if anyone lives in So.Orange County Cali, can you recommend a good shop that has a dyno and specializes in these bikes. Dealer wont touch it with the Power Commander on it.
Peace, Ken 949-922-2150

LOL, ok i promise not to talk about the weather in Cali, but its dam cold today. Only 75*
Thanks for the lead Apache. Ive been looking on Ebay and JP as well. Just cant seem to locate the right ones for this model. I really hope someone local here will see the post and get me to a good mechanic to check out the bike and dial it in.
Also, what do you guys think of the Rinehart slip-ons? Its hard to tell from YouTube vids but a close idea and they seem nice. Mine has the guts pulled out and their LOUD. Wife and i both want to mello it out some. BUT, shes up S**T creek right noe for putting the car door into the tank trim today. THANK GOD for the little aluminum strip. Took the whole hit and no dent in Tank it-self.
Peace and have a Blessed Day

So you pulled out the baffles. not good you lost power by doing that What kind of look are you going for, for your bike. Slip ons from rinehart are a good mod but if you have the money you should go for a full exhaust system.. and sk8 the weather in my town on saturday is going to be cold 91 to be exact

Heya. Dunno about south county but Freedom Cycles on Katella close to the 57 fwy does a great job. Mike is the owner. I recently moved up to LA County from the OC ... was there for the last 20+ years.
I'm actually looking for a mech up here in the Pasadena area myself!
