Default Rocket Train . . ..
Got a vivid black train booked in now for collection on the last weekend of this month. Its a Rocker style fender, with low slung seat, sidemount, mini turns etc.. and slam it 2" also..

going to post the build up here, we only got the bike for a couple of weeks so its gonna be tight..

yeah ive been wanting to get a Train for ages, some Dealers have asked but never came across, so i am really stoked about this,, although its a small job,, its still a Train and thats the model i love as much as the Bob

the UK uses this new "wet" salt during the winters now because it sticks longer to the road surface,, also sticks longer to vehicles

up shot is everything rusts,, even cars with 10 year warranties

ok so first softy other than a Rocker and the lil Train threw up some problems. The frame is way narrower than the Rocker and space for ECM etc is at a premium,, throw in a Fuel Pack and it becomes a real issue thats going to take me down a diff path from the others..

first,, standard Train, fckin huge great rear fender about 10" off the tire !!



The ECM is bolted to the OEM fender so this is a problem:



Rockers dont have cast struts !



coz we are DCC !

IRL looks pretty cool like that,, so i left it for a while and made a tray to carry the ECM etc and that will fit into the base of the fender. The problem is going to be keeping the seat cool enough and yet retaining some comfort.. but i think i got it figured..

just an "L" shaped piece of 3mm sheet. main part 170mm long with a 50mm kick
