Stay away from alcohol, red meat, lentils, spinach, nuts, seafood...

Damn, eat fruit dude (especially cherries), everything else is off limits. Also drink a minimum of eight twelve ounce glasses of water daily. Keep the foot elevated and avoid any footwear that is even close to being tight. Anti-inflamatory meds help however good quality pain killers are tits, I prefer 250 MG of Percocet ....double whatever they prescribed and take a magic carpet ride. If you really have a case of Gout, Colchicine (prescription med) knocks the shit out of it however it also knocks the shit and puke out of you too, bad vibes is all this stuff does but your feet will feel better.

Think positive...it's gonna hurt like hell if it's Gout.
