Dax,
Yes. I just uploaded the mug art I posted, and after I applied it to a mug, I selected silver as the imprint color. I buy plastic mugs and giveaway pens from them, but they aren't usually the cheapest. Really any specialty advertising dealer that is a member of the Promotional Products Association can get you any item. I use branders just because of the online convenience.

Thanks, yeah there are a bunch of brokers out there. I'd just like to find the actual places where they do shirts. Gotta be a ton around the LA area. On the other promo items I know I'm going to have to pay through an online store or one of these brokers.
btw, I put the silver word in as well but it obviously didn't quite do it! The branders people also called me right away and worked me on the phone!

Thanks, that looks like a decent place and local. There is another I've found as well. so between the two I should be able to get it done. I also found a local place that will produce super short runs, but expensive. they use the Anajet machine and the shirts come out great. They use a cheapie tshirt but can use any shirts we supply as well. They use your eps art but change it to rgb for some reason, but he said if you supply it cmyk he will work with it to make it what he needs. He said get it ready just as your were going to with transparencies etc and he'll work with the file. Which logo to do now for the shirt ... hmmmmmmmmmm

Start with the ragged flag thing and just do the page logo for left front. It's curious though, the file was RGB when it was on the forum (had to be to show up). I haven't converted anything to CMYK. He will need higher resolution, however. Let me know size, and I'll send to you.

Joker needed the file you posted. The tshirt silk screener will need a different file as you mentioned cmyk special file color layered. That is what I'm talking about. Do you have that one?
To be honest, I'm not so sure about the background now that I've seen the mug and embroidery ones!! Perhaps we could get by with the same simple look as the embroidery one for the back of the tshirt?

Sure. Are you going to silkscreen? The reason to use 4 color would be if you want it dimensional, drop shadowed, etc.

FB well, if we go with the embroidery one, it would be 5 colors! Hey FB can you do one like the embroidery (without the border) with a silver HARLEY RIDERS instead of a gold one? USA should still be red white blue. Thanks

What color shirt are you going on, because if I flatten the embroidery art with a white background, the S in USA just disappears.

With a stroke it would! Actually can you do it with a black background like you did the gold one before just make this one silver? I have these big printouts and I'm trying them on black tshirts around my office!
Also ... this one might be perfect for something I'm working on with sk8rod now that I see it! Move the U and A together and make it UK in blue.

It looks good, maybe the H and E's are filled in too heavy a stroke? On the RGB issue, it isn't one. They guy still needs layers etc so whatever eps cmyk file you would normally give me is what he wants. He will then diddle with it. --- If I do the anajet.
Otherwise normal screen printing will need the cmyk file you were going to give me.
I've pretty much nixed the backgrounds as although they are stellar a bg is a disctraction.
Now my decision is this on black or dark tshirts:

The full size art has the shield 10" wide. That's pretty big.

I like the one on the far right. Shouldn't the letters be red, white, and blue, starting from the left to the right? Instead of the Blue, white, and red.

What are we in china? Right to left? I read left to right and going with red white and blue seems to work out just fine. I'll look into it tho ...
Oops just looked at ours again and you're right bubba ... my hat is off to you ... could sworn we had it the other way. FB? need the logo at the top again too ... damn bubba, you're good!
