What happened to the embroidery idea? Any interest in a patch or embroidered shirt?

Yep ... Joker's wife has an embroidery business ... she's gonna do some patches ... why you got the art ready for those? heh.!! I'm going to get a big one for the back of my vest for sure, but the rest will be regular size patches.
I think under the logo the address should either be bolder white, or in a different bolder font. We'll need that for embroidery for sure and probably for the tshirts as well. Just not very readable from more than a short distance away. What do you think

Sure. What I really need is the real specs for the patch: number of colors, size, file size and type.

I'll get those specs. Probably gonna be around the same size as the 375x375 ones you did minus the flag/road backgrounds ... but I'll check. Going out now to buy a ez up canopy and a couple folding tables for the booth on sunday as I can't borrow the ones I did last week ...

On the Silver front with star DOT, can you make it a bit more chromelike?

I can make it more chrome-like, but unless you're going to print four-color process, it will just be simulation. To really do chrome takes metallic ink or for embroidery, metallic thread. Just let me know.

FB very close. I'd like to use it on the header psd I sent you which is 165x46. At that size the chrome dark areas on com do not show up well. Could you lighten this and stick it on the psd I sent and send it back? It'll be perfect then! It's for the logo at the top left of this page with the red white blue USA. Thanks
Actually I may not have the font ?? could you make it a gif and put it up here?

for embroidery:
either a jpg or bmp file, min resolution 300 dpi
lettering should be at least 1/8" tall, or may not stich out legibly
colors need to be completely separated, ie no shading or bleeding.
remember this is thread, and it doesn't mix like ink.
the cleaner the file, the better it will digitize and stitch out.
