Yea I remember when I first bought my bike.
When I first got my sportster I thought this may happen, but she got over it.

ME! After the picture Riv posted... I see...he's the teacher's pet...he's the fair hair child...well, you can bet yer ass I'm gonna watch that dog race alot closer now and yer dog had better not come from last place to win. That's the trouble with you non-baggers. Always trying to over compensate for the fact you ain't got a real bike... Well, I'm here to tell ya Bagger's rule. I will not allow my voice to fall silent. Because I say segregation now, segregation in the future and segregation forever. BAGGERS RULE!!!!!!!!
That wasn't over the top was it?

i'm not like most of you guys, only been riding since 2001, but i do have over 250k miles in the saddle.
my first bike was a yamaha 1100. bought the wife a 650 the same day.
when i was around 18, a marine buddy had a yamaha (don't remember which model). i rode it from el toro down to cooks corner. this thing had a seat height of something like 32", so no flat footing for me - in fact, only one foot touched at a time. as i pull into cooks (and not knowing how to ride), i dumped it and knocked over a couple of other bikes. i almost shit my pants as the 'bikers' came out. they all helped me out though, and i quickly hightailed it outta there.
