Default Dax meetup with Chris & Carrie Gardner in FL
Well, seems the dynamic Aussie duo, Chris & Carrie Gardner won a fun filled trip to Daytona Bike Week in Florida from the MoCo itself!! Harley Davidson flew them out and extended all kinds of VIP goodies to these lucky ducks.

After a ride to Miami and then down to the Keys, Chris & Carrie braved the gator filled everglades and rode their Harley rental on route 41 to the Gulf Side of Florida to visit ol Dax on Wednesday, March 9th. Was a great overnight visit and we managed to sneak down to the Boat House Restaurant for dinner in Cape Coral. The next day we had the chance to take the DaxBoat over to the 4 mile Eco Preserve area and jet along the CaloosaHatchee River. Afterwards we rode over to @SixBendsHarleyDavidson in Fort Myers, FL and picked up some T-shirts as souvenirs. I had a chance to present the pair with some HDRidersUSA official T-shirts and I also received a fine Fraser Harley Davidson (Perth, Australia) tee from them as well.

But I think the best parts of the trip were when we just sat around and shot the shit in the lanai by the pool, dock, and waterway in the back yard. When it was time for the Gardners to ride off into the sunset and take in a few more tourist traps before they headed back to Daytona for the long flight home we had some group hugs and bro hugs. Then we fired up the sleds and rode off to different destinations ...

Good folks, good times, and I'm glad they had time to visit the ol Dax Homestead!
