LEO Dishes an Ass Whooping

It only takes one person of any profession to taint the image of the rest. The latest was this story and video clip of a Deputy Sheriff going a bit to far. Granted video only shows part of any story but this one seems over the top.

was talking with Mike about this the other night,, with the lack of discipline on kids and the fact that they know they can get away with fckin anything

their general attitude and the sheer level of crimes commited and atrocities perpetrated by these fcks

i can honestly see more of this chit happening

and ya know, thats just great by me

From what I got out of the video it appeared that she kicked off one of her shoes which hit the Deputy. Whether she intended to out of maliciousness or not his conduct (front kick, fist the head, hair pulling) did not seem to fit. In Iraq we were only allowed to use enough physical (non-deadly) force to stop the negative (non deadly) behavior and then we had to back off, I would imagine cops have to deal with similiar rules.

Who knows, maybe she has a Dad that is thinking "Damn I wish I could have done that".

from just the vid, this was way over the line.
and even if there was something she said, or did before, this guy was obviously not in any danger to provoke an assault like that.
he's not just a bad cop, he's a bad human being.

A 15 year old car thief, probably a mouthy little gangster bitch too..But, not lookin to good for the deputy since you can only use reasonable force which is necessary to overcome resistance or effect an arrest...Sucks to throw a good career like this down the shitter because of ?

I am sort of split on this one. From watching kids all around you behaving badly and their attitudes sometimes that's exactly what you want to do. On the other hand, maybe a hard submission and immobilization would have done the trick. One way or another, both their lives are changed for good.....

yeah..it ain't worth it to throw away your career over some snot nose little biotch or any troglodite for that matter, no matter what she did or they do.....just aint' worth it to loose a career, not the way things are these days....sometimes it's just better to keep a cool head and just walk away, it's hard sometimes!

The deputy know's the cell is video taped..if he threw caution to the wind and did what he did out of spite or just to show the kid who's boss, then he's the dumbass and deserves everything he gets! But there's always the behind the scene stuff or the entire clip isn't being shown...she even might have spat on him, etc. Every agency has different policies, practices and way of doing things, what might not be tolerated here in California may be ok somewhere else. Just saying

I watched an episode of cops and let me say...them former Red Bastards know how to treat street criminals. They literally kicked the shit of of some drug dealer...more than once! Now thats how you keep folks in line.

My first impression was also 'what did the kid do before before the video?' That being said, the deputy stepped on his dick on that one and probably shouldn't be in law enforcement to start with. Putting up with crap comes with the territory and the job requires self restraint. When you let your temper get away from you like he did you got to wonder what he might do later on down the line in other situations!

I just hate only getting a segment of the video and then second guessing someone based on that. It's the same when someone only takes a verse from the Bible and forms a whole religioud belief based on that verse. I want all the facts. Until I get that, it's nothing but fiction to sell news.

I agree, I am a baseball fanatic...it's a religion of sorts to me and I only say that because baseball is specifically mentioned in the Bible. You know right there on the first page where it said "In the big inning"
