i grilled a mess of pork ribs and burgers tonight... so mouthwatering and delicious... to have the possibilities of that buried in snow is an agony that i can only imagine the half of my friend.

I cant even walk out on my deck. It may be possible in a couple of weeks. We are supposed to be warming up. But there is still about 1 1/2 to 2 feet of snow out there
Going to ignore the pork comments

Mmmm ... pork ribs again. I'll be over tonight for another round ...
Same casual dress as last time? Shorts, sandals, and a hawaiian shirt?

Looks good, the only thing that caught my eye was the price. Not the amount, but the placement of the $ sign. It goes here ---> $7.99 not 7.99$<---here.

finally got around to using these buggers. followed the instructions and popped a stack of plates in the micro.
the outside of the plates were warm to the touch, but nowhere near hot. the inside, however, was heating lamp hot. i don’t know how they work, but they do.
i did a little test with some italian meatloaf roll (which is unbelievably good if you haven’t had it), and placed a slice on a plate (normal), and the same size slice on an ezheat plate (ez2heat).
now ok, i didn’t use a caliper to measure the slices, but dammit they’re pretty close.
used an ir thermometer to see how long the food surface stayed warm. starting at 120F, the normal test dropped to the ambient room temp of 80F within 12 minutes. the ez2heat didn’t drop to 80F until 13 minutes later, and in fact stayed above 100F for a full 16 minutes. that is plenty of time to savor and enjoy a good meal. cause let’s face it, if you haven’t cleaned your plate in 16 minutes, you’re either talking too much or you’re just a pig and overloaded your plate. and really, who needs another fatty at their dinner table? got me wondering how much the timing would be different with a cooler room temp drawing additional surface heat away. i imagine the ezheat would perform even better since it provides a temporary heat source, albeit from the bottom.
final result – these things work, and well.

The $ before or after I cant change. its a swedish application and here we place the value of money AFTER the numbers. In the top banner you can see that it is in right place, before.
