HRLEES2 is infamous around these parts
Default It's been a while

Hello All

My first H-D was a 72 Sportster about 24 years ago. My wife and I have said for years that one day I would have another. Two weeks ago, my son picked up his first H-D, a 93 1200. His bike has flames and that lit the fire again. While out riding his Sporty, I ran across my new scoot, an 01 Ultra Classic. I'm still in awe that I was able to get it and am a huge fan of the H-D Rider to Rider program, without which I wouldn't have been able to ride away. My wife had never ridden on anything other than the little pads that are meant to be a passenger seat. She is thoroughly in love with "Blue" and enjoyed all 600 miles that we put on her over this past weekend.

I would especially like to thank Allen and TL at Jamestown H-D in Northern California for getting the paperwork, as well as the service done so quickly so we could enjoy the Memorial Day Weekend. Blue has a pretty stout flagpole and we kept Ole Glory flying all weekend in memory of my friend, GySgt Marcello Velasco, and all of the other service members who have paid the ultimate sacrifice.

Thanks for those of you who respond to all of our questions, and I'm sure I'll have a lot.
