First off, Welcome to the forum. Can you tell us what type of tires you have on the bike, condition etc... Mileage and has there been any damage to the rear of the bike that you know of.

08 street glide walking in conners
tires are brand new dunlop harley sires factory style
as far as damage to rear of bike bought it new no wrecks
thank you for your help so far

change the tires,, dunlops cant hold the road...
you will be amazed at how planted the bike feels shod with Metz or Avons

1. Try to adjust the bearing bolt in the steering head. Might be a little loose. Had a Dyna 06 that had that problem
2. Bad tires, or need to re-balance the wheel.
3. The brake disc is not stright/scew/uneven
4. Different amount of oil in fork legs. More in one of the legs.
