Default Tired of Snow!
Everyone thinks Arizona is all desert and cactus...Not so, I live at 7000' and have been getting hammered with winter storms.
Enough whining...I am new to this site, after discovering it while researching seat options for my 2009 Street Glide. There is a lot of seat info to be had!
I bought the Street Glide last May when the 120,000+ mile motor on my 1998 FLHT decided it did not want to go on our next trip. I have 10,000+ on the new bike and am planning on doing the Blue Ridge Parkway in late April…if the snow melts enough for me to get out of the driveway by then!!!

Welcome to the forum wolfster! Definitely don't think of snow re: AZ but you're living proof it can happen. There are several people on here that have ridden blue ridge and I think some pix are up somewhere! You've got a great bike and glad to have you.

There's a spirited street bob vs. bagger thang going on here on the board. Don't be surprised to suddenly be in the middle of it, but it's all in good fun so enjoy your time here.

Nothing, all is well and it still happens

All I know is that I need to get my bike. it's at the shop and I want to ride it home not trailer it. Until all this snow packed ice that is thinck in places melts I dont dare do it. It is mostley at all the side streets and parking lots, not to mention I washed my truck yesterday in the driveway while the kids played in the snow, latter ran some errands and the truck is dirtly again

Its just grey and warmish here ,,but hey! I'm off down to Rocket Bobs on Friday with the bike to get my Christmas present sorted,Voodoo fender and other stuff WoooHoooo!
