Hi there..decided to register here after a reco by one of the members

Bit about myself..well not living in US of A or a American but an English guy living in Sweden.Been through a range of bikes in the past including Honda 750-Four,Kwacker 250 and 500 triples,Yam XL500,Suzi GS1000 etc (if any of you remember them ? ) but after a long tea break decided to get the old leathers out and ride again.Decided to go Harley and for three years rode an '04 XL 1200R Sportster.That bike was fun and was used but in '06 saw the advert for the new Street Bob ... Droooool !!! Had to have one so did my sums and in early 08 bought an 07 model Harley in Sweden were offering at a reduced price or with extras..I took it with extras..being SE Air filter,SERT and V+H Big Radius 2-2 pipes.Great bike and not regretted a moment.Done quite a few bits to it since owning it and still *Work in progress*.... Nothing drastic but got a set of 09 SB wheels sitting in the garage ready for fitting in Apri,want to change them out for my chrome ones..... managed to get them from a build off from a guy in USA and for a reasonable price... then next on the list is a change in bars,looking at 14 or 16" Burly narrow Apes internally wired,black of course Any other mods include ditching the girlfriend so I can work on the rear but thats a tough decision

Hi Bosken good to be here,big thanks for fitting the lowering thingies on my ride (best act dumb newby till ya sussed everyone out ) and will take the advice on the rear end work..hey maybe get to keep my bike too... Why Am I in Sweden..Nordic blood I guess.. rest of the family emigrated to Marbella and Valencia... I'm the black sheep
