Default H D Billet Sprockets - Cut Back Gloss Black

Went to collect this today from dealers & had heard on another forum that there had been issues with the quality of these, so told the dealer I wanted to check it before leaving & glad I did, what a pile of crap, reminded me of an old Landy I had that oxidised where the alluminium met the steel ! and looked like they had just painted over the top, this was in about 6 places, not to mention a couple of chips to add to the look, even the parts guy reckoned it had been over painted with enamel paint. Can't believe Harley get away with this, don't they have any quality control

That sucks, I've heard of quality control issues with HD powdercoated parts.

i think nowadays Harley Davidson have to put some efforts in their quality control. people all over the world prefer these bikes, don't cheat on them. i personally experienced this thing with my brother's bike.
