LOL I belong to the Bakersfield Chapter. It would be nice to see some youth in the HOG Chapters. I'm the youngest at 32. I'm one of the few to have a non bagger. I rarely go on there rides, unless it's to another city like LA or San Diego. I love riding through the city. That's why I got the bob. I wanted to go through all of the traffic. It's hella fun.

you guys crack me up!!
I rode with a " group" of girls not a h.o.g. chapter.. but none the less it's still alot of BS i am unsure if it's the rules or the power trip and drama some women go through.. I haven't ridden with them in several months... I like rides in a more carefree style, I would like to ride with another couple or two that would be cool.

Can't speak for other Chapters but I'm with Malmoe Chapter Sweden which happens to be Independant which means they don't support a Harley Dealer and don't do as they're told and they're a good bunch of ragamuffins,no dentists,lawyers or plastic surgeons amongst them..just a great bunch of men and women riders,yep plenty of women(must be a swedish thing) and most are ex MC peeps who've grown out of that stuff.Yep they meet in a pub once a month for a booze up but ride most weekends in whatever weather plus a lot of other out of Sweden excursions so nope their badges ain't squeeky clean and a lot of them have done the Iron Butt thing (IBA) I don't ride exclusively with them,Sometimes on my own or with friends who are in a *proper MC club* so to speak... all in all I ride when and with who I like...the hangaround prospect stuff,been there done that in the past but happy to be a Malmöe chapter member now,,,, why I even ride in weather Bosken don't like so big dudahs to me

b.s., rules, power trips, drama? lol sounds exactly like an outlaw M/C i used to prospect for ;-P

but straight up i love the whole "patch" look... but they equal "power" in some retarded world. not mine anymore though... its all b.s. and drama... having to wear things that show your part of a group spells trouble to me from the get go... im just pissed i had to find that out the hard way.

*whisper* and i think the club i rode with didnt like me cuz i was 19 (not old enough according the rule book) and more biker than all them put together*...
deep down they were all pussys who needed patches to feel good.

hog seems like the same thing only like sk8 said, "white collar"

id be down to ride with a group that REALLY were a "brotherhood of bikers" and not some kind of patriarchy

Hej Stream... seems theres a fixed global impression of HOGS,I had that too when I visited a few chapters but these guys/gals in Malmö are different and that why I meet up with them..if they did'nt exist I don't think I'd be a HOG When I moved here I looked up a few trad MC clubs and turned up on a bike in all weathers,rain,sleet and snow..they did'nt...my bike was parked in a sea of cars and they thought I was a mad English man..I mean WTF its an MC club plus was to much club politics and not enough ridin' which is what its about..maybe I visited the wrong club Not to say they're all like that as I have friends in others that seem ok but I'm happy where I'm at for the time being.

I'm in my local chapter cause I traded for a new bike back in Nov. Went to one gathering and they looked and acted like I had the plague. Don't like to throw race in it but I was the only Black person there don't think I'll renew once mine expires.
