we build bikes full time, and the powder/paint shop runs full time. I also still run the stu advising dept at the university. we got full time help in the shop now so i can run the sales side, and then after i leave the office come in the shop and build bikes and lay powder with Sean. rough sometimes with allt he hours but i am 29 so i would rather do it all now and have it a bit easier when i am a bit older and have the kids and all...
we just bought a new shop on Monday... should be moving in and all in the next month or so... perfect time for our busy months! complete with a dyno, 5 bike tables, 2 point car lift... the whole works. is going to be a one stop shop. drop off the vehicle of your choice, bike, car, truck, quad, snowmobile, jetski... whatever pick it up finished and ready to go. everyhing is in house. VERY stoked... ill post some pics of the new place after we are settled in... be nice, will be 5x's the size of the shop we ahve now!

rough mock up of the new swing arm. I am going to do a leaf spring style rear suspension wiht a friction damper... just had an extra set of shocks laying around so i tossed those on there so i could check the stance
here is a general mock up of how we are going to rock this build. goign to have to redo the tunnel on this tank to make it work so it is a crap photo shop job, but you can get an idea of how the big 21 front wheel is going to look, and give you an idea of how that rear suspension is going to look

At least you have someplace close to get it. I had to order mine online and they actually sent me the lightweight when I ordered the Heavyweight. I went ahead and used the light and have been happy with it.
I wonder how much difference there would be running the heavy?

Dunno .
I do know my drain magnet, and the tranny housing itself, (we had everything out of it ) was clean as a whistle, so I dont plan on changing anything.

Yeah, it is the light.
It goes from a brandywine in the sun, to a rootbeer in the shade.
I'm happy with it thou !!
