Default 06' midglide front hub, what spokes and rim?

If I have a stock 06' midglide Front wheel and I want to change it to a 16" fat tire style or a 21" narrow wheel style, where do I find them and what kind of rims and spokes do I need to look at?

Thanks

Just buy a 40 spoke rim, drilled for HD mid, and get it laced

Ah gotcha. So I can just take it too an indy shop or something. I knew I would have to have it laced and trued by a proffesional, I just thought I would get all the right parts ready first..

So like a 16"x3.5" rim for a nice fat tire look?
