Default rocker box cover torque?

I'm in the process of deskullifying my bike. Prev owner had chrome skull covers on the rocker box covers. I removed them last night but found that I now need to buy new bolts because he used longer ones. Can anyone tell me what they need to be torqued to when I replace the bolts?

The torque setting ain't important, just nip em up same pressure. Just be sure to alternate opposites as you tighten down.
