That's Bad A$$. That is just rite. and it's got a rear fender Pete.
Just is that brake less up front? I ride fast. Stoping is a good thing. I use up two sets of front pads for every set of rear.

Yeah...hindsight is 20/20. Man that front end rode like dick too. Our style has changed quite a bit since then too. At the time, there was only like one other springer (new style) dyna out there so we thought it would be different. Now every post I read on the "other" forum talking about converting to a springer front end uses this bike as a reference pic....
I'm with you.....looking back I like everything except for the front end.
This bike originally had a set of upside down flanders bars on it with an internal throttle setup and handmade grips and control housings.....internal throttle turned out to be a BITCH on the Big Mountain Run and I had to turn around and take it back to the shop to fix it.
Basically I had to ride the bike for 100 miles pulling on the throttle with my hand.....P.I.T.A.!
I ended up fixing the bike and then decided to load all of my camping gear into a road king that I have with a side car....I then hauled ass from Concord, to deals gap, across the cherohala skyway and made it to the show just in time. what a reaction when I pulled into a garage built style show with a retro road king and a hack.....got some looks. I didn't give a shit though...it was fun as hell taking the bike through corners with the hack 2 feet off of the ground!
