And Lloyd wins too: He gets a semi customized ... well ok ... SEVERELY customized bike back. And gets the honor / benefit of receiving some of your research ... err ... skills.

Lower the seat pan 2-3" Drop down seat. Possible with smaller battery

Nope ,, this is a complete straight up bob build that features everything we do. So a build anyone can carry out,,
ok, well you asked for it, I'll post up a spec sheet later. So I suggest Dax & Ben don't come by and read it!!!
(y'all know how they get )

right
PAH !!!
anyways,, today i cut the loom to pieces and re wired the scoot,, all the relevant wires for switches etc are now out the back and i managed to chop off stacks, including all the stoopid connectors etc,, so now its a neat and minimalist loom ..
also fabbed up a new battery box that also has a lockable compartment in it for credit cards etc
and fixed up mounts to run the LHS side panel on the right :

nailed it today, did the final mounts, access port and welded in cover mounts etc,, will post pix in a bit , but i am really stoked about this,, its going to be a simple bolt on product,,
it all hinges on these Speed Cell batteries being up to the job
but it just looks tits and its been on my to do list for ages,, dont get why i suddenly hit it now,, when i am trying to get the scoot rollin asap

I'm thinking yer gonna be disappointed. You may end up having only enuf room to stuff in a handful of AAA batteries in series ....
And the scoot has to RUN to be in the Bake Off ... err ... Bike Off.

so wiring is done and theres very little of it left ! just hoping it works as wiring is a black art to me and if i have a problem the main chit will be in the spine of the frame !
spent all day disc'n off casting marks and imperfections from the footrest hangers, gear shift, new batt box etc
and i spent 4 hours re-shaping the brake pedal,, its always pissed me off, its huge, shapeless and just plain sucks.. but it is a nice piece of ally casting..
so now its 1/2 the size, more squared off with a little pedal,, looks so much better..
but then thats a whole day spent on just a few minor parts that only i will notice
