i think its gonna look bitchin... cant wait

idiot question?: i know running two different types/brands of tires on front and rear is advised against... always been told not to.. but never told why?
i didnt know this the first time i bought my own tire online to save money (instead of h-d doin it for me, i saved about 80$) so i have an OEM dunlop on front.. and a metzler 880 on the rear. cant tell a difference in ride... absolutely love the metzeler. f#$% dunlop .. cant tell a difference in ride... just that my front dun is gettin "chewed up" a little bit?

These days you can mix all you want. Modern tires are so good you don't even need to balance them. My last four have gone on un balanced.

Mix it up all you want BUT what I would say is ditch the front Dunlop for a Metz or Avon. The front end becomes way more planted.
