I just bought two kits from Eastern Cycles on eBay for about 70 bucks each. Progressive do two kits. The drop in kit, which is easy to fit or the older, cheaper kit. This ya have to fully strip down the fork.

So on an older bike you would need a seal kit & 4 bottles of fork oil as those big 49s take nearly two bottles each!!!
